Shar Doctor LLC processes sea buckthorn berries, produces sea buckthorn drinks, pure juice, and oil, and produces pure natural products that meet the needs of consumers, support their immune system, quench their thirst, prevent various diseases, detoxify, and restore physical strength. The “Shar Doctor” brand promotes health and produces pure natural products of the country.
A Brief History of Shar Doctor LLC
In 2006, Shar Doctor LLC began its operations on a small-scale basis, initially focusing on the processing of sea buckthorn and the cultivation of sea buckthorn seedlings and saplings.
In 2008, the company redesigned and upgraded its product packaging.
In November 2011, a new production facility was commissioned with a processing capacity of 5 tons of sea buckthorn per day, equipped with a 300-ton fruit freezing and cold-storage facility.
In 2014, the company commissioned glass-bottle packaging equipment and began introducing glass-bottled products to the market.
In 2015, German-made equipment for sea buckthorn oil production was newly installed, resulting in improved quality of the company’s sea buckthorn oil.
In 2017, with the aim of increasing the consumption of its products among children, young people, and consumers of all ages, the company launched a project to install vending machines at convenience stores, mining sites, and various organizations. The project enables consumers to enjoy the products cold in hot weather and hot in cold weather.
In 2018, the company commissioned Acepack packaging equipment and began producing 40 ml concentrated sea buckthorn juice, designed for convenient consumption while travelling, working, or during everyday activities.
In 2019–2020, the company commissioned a European-standard Combi Block fully automated PET packaging line, with a production capacity of 10,000–15,000 units per hour. This investment improved packaging quality and supported the modernization of the company’s production facilities with more environmentally friendly technologies.
In 2022, the company expanded its production facilities by increasing the capacity of its finished-product warehouse and raw-material cold-storage facilities.

Quality certifications
In 2017, Shar Doctor LLC began implementing the ISO 22000:2005 International Standard for Food Safety Management Systems.
In 2019, the company underwent an audit conducted by TÜV Rheinland, a globally recognized testing, inspection, and certification organization headquartered in Germany with more than 150 years of history. Following the successful audit, the company received its first international quality management certification, valid for three years.
In 2023, the company’s Food Safety Management System was audited and certified in accordance with ISO 22000:2018 by Cognicert, an international certification body headquartered in London, United Kingdom.
In 2026, the company’s Food Safety Management System was successfully re-audited and certified in accordance with ISO 22000:2018 by Dayan Certification.
The implementation of ISO international quality standards is verified by accredited certification bodies through independent audits. The validity of the certification is maintained through annual surveillance audits.
