Directions for Use:

  • Take 1 teaspoon of pure sea buckthorn oil 2–3 times daily. It may be consumed in the morning on an empty stomach, or 30 minutes before or after meals.
  • Three 100 mL bottles provide approximately one month’s supply. A suggested regimen is to use the product for one month, followed by a one-month break.
    A three-month course is considered one full course of use.
